Samekado Lighthouse

local_offer

Built in 1938, this beautiful chalk-white lighthouse was selected as one of Japan’s top 50 lighthouses. It is one of the best locations at the Tanesashi Coast to enjoy a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean.
The contrast between the white lighthouse, the surrounding greenery, and the blue ocean spreading out beyond that is breathtaking, and this combined with the trains running on the JR Hachinohe Line below creates a striking scene to behold.
