Tatehana Park

local_offer

Tatehana Park sits on the hill above the mouth of the Niida-gawa River. With a lookout and a space for viewing cherry blossoms, the park attracts visitors with its night views and its beautiful pink blossoms. The “Greht Tower Minato” observation tower offers views of Hachinohe City and the sea. On clear days, the Hakkoda mountain range can also be seen. The tree used to monitor the blossoming of the city’s cherry trees is located in Tatehana Park, which is full of cherry-blossom viewers when springtime comes.
