The Tanesashi Coast Information Center
The Tanesashi Coast Information Center is located directly in front of the Tanesashi Natural Lawn. It was built to commemorate the designation of the Sanriku Reconstruction Park as a national park.
The facility provides information on the nature of the Tanesashi Coast, Hashikamidake Coast, and Michinoku Shiokaze Trail. It also features information about the culture, history, and daily lives of the people who live on the coast. The Tanesashi Coast Rest Station & Cafe
This free rest area facility is located next to the Tanesashi Coast Information Center. Inside the facility is the Umi Café Tanesashi, which features a menu of drinks, snacks, and sweets. Each of the items on the menu is named after a part of the Tanesashi Coast. The rest station also has large wide windows that provide a beautiful view of the Tanesashi Natural Lawn. It is a perfect sight to enjoy as you rest your body after a long walk along the coast. The facility also features a convenient bus navigation system. The display will let you know when a bus is coming, so you can relax without worrying about missing your bus!
